    This was my inspiration executed in final form by Wayne Gibbs (of Hensley & Gibbs fame). The idea was that many owners of 44 Magnums wanted to shoot their guns at indoor ranges here in the North were its gets cold and wet. Unfortunately the guys that stand next to the fellow that unleashes his .44 cannon got the brunt of the noise and many ranges were reluctant to let people loose on their backstops with these guns. Downloading the guns seemed to be the way to go but bullet selection was never that good in lightweight designs. If .38 caliber shooters could have a full wadcutter for target shooting why not the .44 caliber people? Why not indeed! This bullet became very popular for those that wanted to practice a lot with their gun but did not want the recoil of full house loads. I even got an Atta Boy from John Taffin himself for this one. Accuracy is excellent and it cuts big holes on paper. Then, there are the .44 Special people who think this makes a great self defense round. Anyway, a star is born. Velocity rated to 1000 fps.
