This is a set of hand
casting blocks that were adapted to auto casting. This classic traditional
design is a much better design than the vast majority of generic SWC designs for
auto cast use. This bullet features wide balanced drive bands and a very wide
lubrication groove. In addition it has the largest meplat of any .45 255 grain
SWC that I have ever seen and is a plain base design for the purists. It is a
bullet that is difficult to cast so I do not run a lot of these at a time. It is
a bullet that is pretty much done to order and is a non cataloged item, but it
is a superb performer.
