The bullet that sets a new
standard in large frontal area hunting bullets for pistols. Using design
technology from cast target rifle bullets the front portion of this bullet is a
bore rider with full diameter drive bands at the back. This offers the bullet
long distance accuracy out to 100 yards. (something that no full wadcutter
design could ever do.) optimal velocity range for this bullet is 1000 to 1500
fps. This is easily achieved with a load of 25 grains of WW 296 powder and
Magnum primer. The large frontal area and the high strength alloy combine to
give handgun hunters one of the most devastating bullets ever developed.
Providing good penetration and a large wound channel this bullet is suitable for
a wide variety of game. While the design was intended solely for handgun use
there are some that have successfully used this bullet in lever action rifles.
