This bullet features a longer driving band length than the 300 grain version and hence better accuracy as the weight is closer to the rate of twist for lever guns (405grain). Suitable for the Thompson Center Contenders and Encores. This weight is popular in Cowboy Action matches. Velocity Rated to 2000 fps. Also not suitable for use with black powder unless a grease cookie or Wonder Wad is used under the base. Can be used with any of the blackpowder substitutes.
