A special heavyweight bullet designed for Thompson Center Contenders and Encores and provides 100 feed reliably in lever guns. This design features a good meplat area, providing extremely deep penetration. Care must be taken in properly selecting load data as this bullet seats deep into the case and most load data for 500 grain bullets are for bullet styles that are seated out to a longer O.A.L. The bullet features four lubrication grooves and is velocity rated to 2000 fps.
