With the advent of the .500 S&W and other Large bore "Super Magnums", Cast bullets are really coming into their own. Absolutely the best choice for these types of handguns outperforming any other type of bullet construction. The added benefit from a superior cast bullet is that the bullets will generate 150 to 175 more fps at max loadings than any jacketed bullet. (Hardcast bullets feature less resistance in the bore thus higher velocities for a given load.) I currently offer one bullet right now with several more bullet weights and styles being developed including some super heavyweights in the 500 gr. weight range. There will also be some Thunderhead designs as well. Check back.
